  • You are responsible for the content and legality of any item sent via our service.
  • Prohibited items (explosives, illegal substances, etc.) are not allowed.

4. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver within the estimated time but do not guarantee exact delivery due to factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.).

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays or losses due to unforeseen circumstances or incorrect delivery information provided by the user. In case of damage or loss due to our fault, limited compensation may be provided as per company policy.

6. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or delivery. We accept UPI, cash, and other approved payment methods.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of booking. Refunds are subject to approval and may take 5–7 working days to reflect.

8. Franchise & Partnership

Franchise applicants must adhere to the terms mentioned in our official agreement. Investment and operational responsibilities rest with the franchisee.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logo, text, and media, is the property of Deliver One Courier. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
